Tris Dyson is the Spice Chief Executive and is also Chair of Timebanking Wales. Tris is a former consultant and alumni of Teach First.

Becky Booth is the Spice Programmes Director and co-founder. Becky and Geoff Thomas originated the principles of the now successful credit systems.

Andrew Brough is a Spice Director, with an extensive background of technology innovation. Andrew is now Head of Fund Development at the Young Foundation.

Tom Rippin is the Spice Chairperson, a Mckinsey alumni  and is Director of (red) Europe.

James Fathers is a Spice Director. James is a product designer with extensive experience of design solutions for international development. James is now Head of Design Practice at York St John University.

Megan Mathias is a Spice Director. Megan has an extensive public consultancy background. Megan is currently founding the Innovation Unit within the Welsh Assembly Government.
Arwyn Thomas is a Spice Director. Formerly Director of Programmes at The Prince’s Trust, Arwyn now runs the consultancy firm ATA Management.

Chris O’Malley is a Spice Director. Chris has an extensive strategic consultancy background and is now Pro-Vice Chancellor at the University of Wales, Newport.

Geoff Thomas is a Spice Director. Geoff has an entrepreneurial background in the private and 3rd sector. Geoff and Becky Booth originated the principles of the Spice credit systems.

Jo Tate is a Spice Director. Jo is thought to have been the youngest teacher in state secondary education at the age of 20. Jo is now Head of Year 11 at Lea Valley High.

Lucie Stephens is a Spice Director. Lucie originally co-ordinated the London Timebank Network and is now Head of Co-production at the New Economics Foundation (nef).
